Product Profit Drivers tells us how much it costs us to produce each product or service. Customer Profit Drivers tells us how much it costs us to sell parts of what we do to each individual customer.
Profit Capture uses the knowledge from both these to create a profit map. This supports us in making decisions about which products and services we should continue to sell and to which customers.
